Cancellation & Pricing Policy

Effective Date: 08-11-2024

1. Reservation Cancelation Fees:

  • Before 24 hours of the start time: Full refund.
  • Within 4 hours: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Within 2 hours: 25% refund of the booking amount.
  • After booking has started or no-show: No refund.
  • Document issues: Full refund.

 

Note: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect.


2. Security Deposits

If you cannot provide your original driving license at pickup, a refundable deposit of ₹5,000 is required. This will be refunded upon the successful return of the bike.


3. Rescheduling Before Booking Start

A rescheduling fee of ₹50 applies for changes made before the booking start time.


4. Extension Fees

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. An additional ₹50 will be charged, along with the standard rental rate for the extended period.


5. Early Return After Booking Start

No reimbursement is provided for early returns once the rental period has commenced.


6. Grace Period for Delays

A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late returns. After this, the hourly rental rate will apply.


7. Additional Kilometer Charges

Extra charges apply if the allotted kilometers are exceeded.


8. Interstate Travel

Interstate travel is permitted for bikes with engines of 150cc or higher.


Penalties:

  1. Traffic Violations : The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fines.
  2. Overspeeding : A ₹100 fine applies after two warnings.
  3. Lost Key/Helmet : Replacement charges for lost keys or helmets (₹800 for helmet loss/damage).
  4. Fuel : No additional fuel is provided beyond the amount necessary to reach the nearest petrol station.
  5. Vehicle Damage : The customer is liable for any damages, and market rates will be applied.
  6. Helmet Rental : ₹70 per extra helmet.
  7. GPS Damage : A ₹250 penalty for a damaged or missing GPS holder.
  8. Towing/Confiscation : The customer is responsible for repair costs resulting from negligence.
  9. Misconduct : No refunds for inappropriate behavior.
  10. Operating Hours : Pickup and return should align with station hours.
  11. Punctures : The customer is responsible for puncture repair costs.
