  1. You are required to submit your original driving license at the time of bike pickup, which will be returned to you upon drop-off. Additionally, a soft copy of your Aadhar Card is needed for authentication purposes.
  2. Rental agreement along with electricity bill can also be submitted in the place of original driving license.
  3. If you are unable to submit your original driving license at the time of pickup, you may choose to provide a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000. This deposit will be returned to you upon the successful return of the bike.

  1. If canceled before 24 hours of the start time: Full refund.
  2. If canceled within 4 hours of the start time: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  3. If canceled within 2 hours of the start time: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  4. If canceled after the booking has started: No refund will be issued.
  5. No show: No refund.
  6. Document issues : Full refund.
  7. Note: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7 business days to reflect.

There is a 30-minute grace period for delays. After that, hourly charges will apply according to the bike tariff.

Please contact customer care to extend your rental, or you can extend your booking through the app. Note that extensions after the scheduled drop-off time will incur an additional charge of Rs 50.

Yes, all vehicles are equipped with a kilometer limit based on the package you choose. Once the specified distance is reached, any additional kilometers will be charged at accordingly.

Traffic regulations are in place not just for your safety, but for the safety of everyone on the road. As such, we urge you to ride responsibly; however, if any violations occur, you will be fully responsible for paying any fines imposed by the relevant authorities.

  1. The customer is liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle, regardless of the cause or fault, and will be charged at market rates.
  2. Insurance claims will not cover damages that can be repaired for less than ₹12,000; claims exceeding this amount will be honored.
  3. Damage charges must align with the service center's quotation, and any days the bike is inoperative during repairs will incur additional charges.
  4. Customers may choose to repair the vehicle independently through an authorized service center. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to take videos and photos of the vehicle at the time of pickup
  5. If the key is lost customer is responsible for the change of complete lockset charges
